The 23rd annual Newport Beach Film Festival (NBFF) will present the largest celebration of Irish Cinema in North America during its eight-day run (Oct. 13-20, 2022) in Southern California. Highlights include an Irish Showcase event, red carpet premieres, 10 Irish feature-length films, the U.S. premiere of Ireland's foreign Oscar submission, 13 Irish short films and the participation of Irish filmmakers and dignitaries.
Pixilated Plays announce the UK premiere of Richard Molloy's The Separation, set in the build-up to Ireland's historic divorce referendum of 1995. Following a run at Dublin's Project Arts Centre in June 2014, the play will move to Theatre503 from 27 January until 21 February 2015, with a press night on 30 January. Simon Evans directs a cast including Carrie Crowley, Roxanna Nic Liam, Owen McDonnell and Susan Stanley.

West of Ireland based theatre company Benbo Productions will perform 'The Adventures of the Wet Senor' at Roscommon Arts Centre on Thursday 18th November.

Not unlike the Von Trapp Family, the hugely musically talented McNamara Family are touring the theatres of Ireland to great acclaim. Frank McNamara late of the Late Late Show and a world class pianist is performing with his children - Twins Frankie and Quincy (14) play guitar, piano and sing; JJ (11) who was featured on the Late Late Show with his father earlier this year, is a child prodigy pianist and plays a number of pieces with consummate ease, that most accomplished adult pianists would find difficult. Daughter Charlotte (9) will also sing.
