Hal Luftig has been nominated for several prestigious awards, including Best Revival of a Play at the Tony Awards for "The Elephant Man," Best Musical for "Kinky Boots," Best Revival of a Musical for "Evita" (twice), "West Side Story," and "Annie Get Your Gun." He was also nominated for Best Special Theatrical Event for "Whoopi the 20th Anniversary Show," Best Musical for "Movin' Out," "Thoroughly Modern Millie," and "Jelly's Last Jam," and Best Revival of a Play for "The Diary of Anne Frank."
